We will evaluate from curb to back fence and everything in between, making suggestions to present your home in the best possible light for potential buyers. Room layout, decor and repair suggestions are made, and time permitting, we can roll up our sleeves and begin staging! For homes larger than 3,500 sq.ft. a 4 hour time block is recommend.
And if you need help updating your paint colors, you can add on a color consult for an additional fee. Choosing paint and trim color can be daunting, but in-home selections are made easier with an extensive intake consultation.
